Job Description

Focus on developing creative ideas and storyboards yielding 3D artworks using various modeling and texturing techniques, and executing creative tasks as follows: Create storyboards to visualize scenes and create a realistic environment for rooms, and other visual effects. Produce all architectural renderings including Eye level interior and exterior views of the building and the rooms. Develop architectural renderings and drawings for presentation to clients and potential projects. Create 3D architectural modeling, realistic scenes and virtual tour videos for projects. Create all required visual elements, effects, and animations using 3D modeling, texturing, and other techniques. Optimizing 3D arts and models to develop real-life objects. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Performs additional responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisors. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. The ideal candidate will be one with high levels of Creative & Artistic Skills, Computer Skills, Reporting Skills, Verbal & Written Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure attributes. The ideal candidate must have complete knowledge of various 3D design techniques like Digital Sculpting, Procedural Modeling, Edge modeling, and Box/Subdivision Modeling with expertise in 3D modeling software such as Blender, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, Civil3D, and Maya.
