We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer specializing in both

3D visualization

and

2D CAD drafting

to join our design team. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of high-precision architectural scale models for real estate, urban planning, and development projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of

scale, materiality, construction techniques, and how design translates into physical models

, as well as awareness of trends in the

real estate market

.

Responsibilities

Develop

accurate and detailed 3D models

optimized for scale model fabrication. Produce

design proposals

and visual concepts for architectural visualization and physical model production. Review, refine, and enhance 3D and 2D designs to ensure feasibility, durability, and aesthetic quality when translated into physical form. Prepare and manage

complete design documentation

, including drawings, specifications, and revision packages. Understand project requirements and convert architectural drawings, CAD plans, and reference material into high-quality designs suitable for model making. Develop

material specification sheets

that consider scale, texture, lighting, and production constraints. Collaborate with the projects team to ensure designs align with physical production techniques and available materials. Support the development of

product information packages

, assembly instructions, and production-ready documents. Assist in producing visual outputs such as presentation renders, diagrams, and animation when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Model Making, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in design, preferably within architectural visualization, model making, or similar industries. Strong understanding of

scale, proportions, materiality, and how digital designs translate into physical models

. Solid knowledge of the

real estate market

and architectural design standards. High level of attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in

2D CAD software

and

3D modeling tools

such as 3ds Max or Blender. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience with

animation

or motion graphics is a plus. Familiarity with fabrication processes such as

laser cutting, CNC routing, resin printing, or 3D printing

is an advantage.
