CURRENT HIRING: Marketing and PR Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitality Marketing and PR Manager that has experience in the F&B Industry to join our dynamic team. As a PR and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing 360-degree comprehensive marketing strategies, budgets, and plans to build awareness and identify new opportunities for our organization. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop marketing plans that encompass various channels, including traditional and digital platforms, to maximize reach and engagement. Create successful campaigns for launching new brands or opening of new outlets.
  • Budget Management: Develop marketing budgets and effectively allocate resources across various marketing activities. Monitor and track marketing expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget. Regularly evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and recognition through the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling messaging, visuals, and marketing materials. Manage advertising and promotional activities to reach target audiences across different mediums.
  • New Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new opportunities for growth and expansion. Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify untapped markets or areas for improvement. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Public Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders. Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and publicity events to generate positive media coverage. Monitor and manage the organization\'s reputation by promptly addressing any PR issues or crisis situations.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website development and optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization\'s online presence remains competitive.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including market research, target audience segmentation, and positioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience in PR and media relations is highly desirable.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable goals and objectives.
