As a 2D Designer at TIDE Solution, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our events and marketing initiatives by creating captivating visual content for various platforms. Working closely with our marketing and events teams, you will play a key role in enhancing the brand identity of TIDE Solution and our clients through compelling designs for Instagram, our website (built on WIX), brochures, and proposals.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop visually engaging content for TIDE Solution's Instagram account, showcasing our events, services, and industry expertise in a creative and compelling manner.

Website Design:

Collaborate with our marketing and web development teams to design captivating layouts and graphics for our website, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong visual impact.

Brochure Design:

Create professional and informative brochures that effectively communicate the value proposition of TIDE Solution's services and offerings to potential clients and partners.

Proposal Design:

Design visually appealing proposals and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting our capabilities and solutions in a visually compelling format.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain consistency in branding across all design assets, ensuring alignment with TIDE Solution's brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in design, incorporating new techniques and technologies to elevate the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a 2D Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative skills and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience designing for digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites) as well as print collateral (e.g., brochures, proposals). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with WIX or similar website-building platforms is a plus.
