Job Description
: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented 2 D Graphic Design Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to work in a young and dynamic team for the delivery of creative master planning and public realm design of varying scales. What You?ll Be Doing
- Prepare and design high-quality reports, boards and presentation of master planning and landscape architecture projects.
- Develop master plan and landscape plan layouts to the highest quality to graphically represent and sell the design works of the studio.
- Develop graphical sections to show the elevation of the design intent of the projects at a variety of scales.
- Create sketch renders to demonstrate the space and scale of a design at the early stages of the concept development.
- Expert understanding of graphical software?s, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.
- Ability to multitask and work across teams within the studio.
- Solid communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to translate outline sketch ideas into workable scales and spaces using modelling software.
- Self-motivation, work part of the team but also have the ability to work independently.
- Minimum 5 Years of continuous employment within the profession of Urban Design or Landscape Architecture.
- Bachelor of Visual Communications, Landscape Architecture, Architecture or related field.
- Willingness to develop and further graphical skills and techniques for the enhancement of the digital landscape presentations.
- Ability to hand sketch in plan, section, and 3D.
- Relevant professional qualifications and affiliation.
