Develop
3D models and visualizations
for client presentations, approvals, and internal design reviews.
Assist in creating
renderings, walkthroughs, and 3D perspectives
for design concepts.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure design compliance with technical, material, and client requirements.
Work with design, procurement, and project teams to prepare drawings for
fabrication and site execution
.
Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and incorporate feedback.
Ensure all drawings and models adhere to company standards, UAE regulations, and project specifications.
Keep track of updates to drawings and ensure
version control
of all documents.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
.
2-5 years of experience
in interior design and fit-out projects, preferably in UAE.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar 3D modeling software
.
Strong understanding of
interior design principles, joinery, finishes, lighting, and MEP coordination
.
Ability to translate conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings and 3D visuals.
Good knowledge of
rendering, materials, and lighting techniques
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
