Support and build project team to :
1. Identify the bounding case and requirements for achieving a 24 MFC at BNPP and relevant stakeholders and related impact 2. Identify the key variables and model various fuel cycle lengths from 12 months to 24 months to identify optimal cycle lengths to achieve enterprise business goals dependent on various external factors such as demand, electricity price and cost of production 3. Develop the economic case and value proposition for moving to a 24MFC 4. Identify the requirements, feasibility, risks and costs associated with activities required to achieve a longer fuel cycle at BNPP considering the following:
a. Plant design
b. Safety Analysis
c. Maintenance, testing and inspection
d. Radiation Safety
e. Personnel
f. Documentation
g. General equipment reliability issues (such as PM frequencies) 5. Lead project teams when assigned and apply professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and scope to ensure proper project delivery 6. Act as Project Management mentor and an exemplar of Project Management methodologies 7. Supporting staff as necessary and when required within project management framework 8. Apply professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and quality to ensure project delivery on time 9. Management of project budgets as and when required 10. Manage a project team on assigned projects. Effectively manage direct reports to optimize department performance in support of corporate objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal 11. Develop capabilities of UAE National direct reports in support of Nawah's Emiratization strategy and other corporate objectives 12. Practice and encourage open and effective communication internally and externally in order to build and nurture effective working relationships
