Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to manage and develop the learning and development strategy for a an internal sector of the company.
The job holder is also responsible for the delivery of business-focused organizational development and learning initiatives.
The job holder is mandated to enhance the effectiveness and capability of managers and staff to ensure operational effectiveness and high performance.
You will be responsible for People Development Strategy, Culture Management, HR Development,Budget Management and other general tasks.
Skills & Requirements
At least 4 years experience within the field
At least 2 years in a similar role
University Degree in HR, Business Administration or any related field
Strong Communication Skills
Team Attitude Drive and adaptability
