What you'll be doing Our TA trainee will be working closely with the Digital Talent Acquisition Team to support on sourcing candidates and administering the recruitment process across eCom, Data and Tech. The job holder is also responsible for ensuring candidates have a great experience throughout the process by regularly keeping in touch, following up and providing feedback.
Ownership of seamless interview scheduling for multiple roles through calendar invites
Support the Talent Partner/Manager in conducting briefing meetings with the hiring manager
Manage applications through our career’s website in a timely manner
Support the Talent Partner/Manager in sourcing profiles through LinkedIn recruiter for multiple roles
Support the Talent Partner/Manager with phone screening candidates and providing feedback to hiring managers
Assist with travel arrangements for candidates flying over to Dubai for interviews
Provide excellent candidate care - making sure each candidate has a seamless and efficient journey through the recruitment process and is fully informed about Chalhoub Group, the role, the brand, and the process
Provide excellent internal stakeholder management across different level and areas of the business
Support the Talent Partner/Manager in providing comprehensive feedback to candidates for junior roles in a timely manner
Have an analytical mindset to be able to produce reports using excel
Be proactive with Talent Acquisition Projects – i.e. – employer branding, career fairs and digital graduate programs
