Job Description
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for civil materials, equipment, and subcontract packages.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for high-rise residential building projects (10 floors and above).
Manage procurement of critical subcontract packages such as Elevators, MEP systems, Facade, and other structural elements.
Prepare, review, and administer contracts, purchase orders, and agreements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
