Summary The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible to provide technical support for Roche products, analyzers, and systems, install, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of Roche products, document and report all service activities in compliance with Roche standards. This will show Roche’s added value and will help increase customer’s satisfaction. The Senior FSE flags Sales opportunities to the respective Sales team in the country. In addition, the Senior FSE provides technical leadership and support for less experienced team members as well as being key technical lead for complex installations and troubleshooting. Your Responsibilities
Coordinate with Service Manager/Service Team Leads/Project Manager regarding planned systems installations
Carry-out installation procedures as per Roche standards
Report and document all installations as per Roche standards
Conduct customer training regarding proper use and maintenance of Roche analyzers and systems
Report and document customer trainings as per Roche standards
Carry-out repair and maintenance of Roche analyzers and systems as per Roche standards
Attend to customer calls and requests on a prompt and timely manner
Report and document maintenance and repairs in compliance to Roche standards
Provide internal and external technical support to customers and Roche local staff relevant to technical issues regarding Roche analyzers and systems
Ensure customer satisfaction is delivered for performance of the system in the facility with coordination with other departments

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or Electronics
You have at least 5 - 7 years of experience as a biomedical Engineer or laboratory related field
You have hand-on working experience with Roche analyzers or lab systems
You have strong problem solving skills, and are able to demonstrate advanced troubleshooting technique on biomedical equipment
You are able to provide technical leadership
You are customer focused and solution oriented
You are confident and able to work independently with minimum supervision
You are mobile and flexible

You are committed to excellence in service beyond the usual normal working hours and conditions
You are fluent in English language both spoken and written. Arabic is a plus, or any spoken language in the market
