Job Description

. Minimum 5 years experience in UAE with manufacturing industry . Good knowledge about the process and system , ERP knowledge . Knowledge about Costing and workflows . Knowledge till finalization of accounts. Assists with general bookkeeping duties including data entry, accounts payables and receivables, cheque preparation, insurances, bank financing and filing of financial records Does due diligence with customers, contractors and suppliers through Contract Agreements, KYS, KYC, etc Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .Completes the monthly bank reconciliation including loans and follows-up of outstanding items Maintains records in terms Data Entries, bookkeeping and cashiering; Reconciles cash daily and Maintains high level of integrity in handling cash and accounts Reviews financial documents and materials and assists in preparing the fiscal budget. Advises departments concerning allocation of funds, assignment of accounting codes, and various other related financial activities.
