Job Description

We need a poised and personable Sales and Business Development Executive to be part of our Group of companies. Experience of at least 2 years in the real estate or business center service industry in the UAE is a must. Should be able to deal with difficult clients or customers, Self-motivated, Target-oriented. A quick Learner who can set targets along with the management team. The candidate should be able to Collaborate with the management team to prepare common strategies, Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics, Calculate business trends like monthly sales rates Analyze market trends Monitor competition and follow current developments. Ensure sales are up-to-date with business targets. Find prospective customers and new target segments. If you are confident that you are fallen in these criteria with a proven track record of business & lead generation, handling all issues with client engagements and provide solutions on a case-to-case basis with the following skills and attributes, then you will be the ideal candidate for this opportunity. Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken). Arabic would be a plus. Self-motivated, Driven, Methodical and Enthusiastic Demonstrable ability to communicate & present Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Excellent organization and work management skills Should be well groomed and well-organized Technical prowess, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
