Job Summary
A Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, administers treatments and medications, monitors recovery, and educates patients and families. Works collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and prevention.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective care.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and emergency response when required.
- Must hold a valid DOH license or eligibility.
