Job Description
Our client is one of the leading online shopping sites in the Middle East, looking to hire a Temporary Recruiter for a 3-months contract who can join their Dubai team immediately. Only candidates who are on a family-sponsored visa and immediately available will be considered. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant education.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) in the E-commerce industry in the UAE.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- End to end recruitment process.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM / Monday to Friday
Can join immediately Job Type: Temporary
