Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter (Arabic Speaker) to join our Recruitment team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings.
(Arabic speaker will only consider for this position due to diversification) Role:
- The responsibilities of a Recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews etc.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, job portals, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years Recruitment experience with recruitment processes
- Should be able to speak and type Arabic fluently (mandatory)
- Working proficiency in English
- Knowledge on Qatar Labor law
- The ability to source competent candidate as per requirements
- Valid Qatar ID
- Valid Qatar Driving License is a plus, but not mandatory
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Recruitment: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sourcing candidates: 1 year (Preferred)
- Qatar Labor law: 1 year (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Qatar ID (Preferred)
- Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
