Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Recovery Driver

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating recovery vehicles and providing roadside assistance services, ensuring safe and timely recovery or transportation of customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Operate recovery vehicles to assist with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and towing requests. Load, secure, and transport vehicles safely to designated service centers or customer locations. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of recovery vehicles to ensure roadworthiness. Maintain accurate service logs, trip sheets, and reports. Follow all traffic rules and company safety standards at all times. Provide professional and courteous customer service on every job. Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for assignments and updates.

Requirements

Valid UAE driving license (Heavy Vehicle / Recovery category required). Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recovery Driver or similar role in UAE. Familiar with Dubai and other Emirates' routes. Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage). Strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Physically fit and able to handle vehicle recovery operations.
