Description

The Receptionist is responsible for coordinating multiple activities and should have a polished and professional approach towards the role. Duties & Responsibilities * Operates the company's trunk line and routes calls to the right person.

  • Meets and greets visitors, determines the nature of their visit and notifies appropriate staff members, manages JAFZA gate passes
  • Manages the lobby and the reception area.
  • Represents organization to callers, visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Business travel arrangements for the employees.
  • Assists in arranging customer trainings/courses
  • Develops good working relationships across all departments.
  • Providing information to managers, colleagues and subordinates by telephone, email or in person.
  • Assists in releasing check payments.
  • Sorts and distributes all incoming mails/ packages.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
  • Order, receive, stock and distribute office and kitchen supplies.
  • Performs other administrative duties such as transmitting and delivering facsimiles, photocopying, etc.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Administration/Reception
  • Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment
  • Professional and exceptional telephone manners
  • Technical knowledge of or ability to learn SAP system
  • Excellent MS Office background
  • Languages: English. Speaking in Arabic or French is an advantage
  • Attention to detail, Accuracy, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal skills, Good problem-solving and decision making skills.
