Job Description
We our currently looking for Quantity Surveyor for Civil works with valid Transferable Qatar ID who can join immediately. Candidates must have the following criteria's' below;
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is a MUST
- Min 3-4 years of working experience in the role
- Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel and Access)
- Must have good command of English language both oral and written
- High level of following skills is requested: flexibility, problem solving, focus to result and negotiation.
- Experienced in Building/High-rise towers
- Experienced in Contracting / Construction companies (Building)
- Taking off quantities for all the project elements.
- Prepare schedule for the scopes.
- Sending RFQ and Collect Quotation when required.
- Rate analysis and price comparison for the proposed Item.
- Ability to price build up for Civil Works .
- Preparation for the IPA / AFP.
- Ability to do the monthly valuation. Prepare variation order/ Change Control.
- Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel and Access): 3 years (Required)
- Building/Highrise towers: 3 years (Required)
- Civil works: 3 years (Required)
