Responsible for assisting the MR in ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 are complied with and that internal audits are planned and performed regularly. Also responsible for ensuring proper communication, coordination and dissemination of updates related to QHSE management system are carried out and for the training of personnel to promote awareness of QHSE management system all throughout the organization. Responsible for controlling and safekeeping of QHSE management system manuals. \xc3\x98 Ensures that processes needed for the QHSE Management System are implemented and maintained. \xc3\x98 Establishes the schedule or plan of internal QHSE audit and assigns auditors for each team audit. \xc3\x98 Coordinates with the department managers on the Internal Audit plan/schedule and NCR follow-up verification. \xc3\x98 Conducts internal audit, as a team leader/team member in accordance with internal audit procedure and ISO 19001 standard. Prepares checklist for use as guide during internal audit. \xc3\x98 Gathers and analyzes QHSEMS performance data, identifies and reports areas for improvement to the management team. \xc3\x98 Reviews and monitors corrective and preventive actions developed by departments to address observations/non-conformances. \xc3\x98 Ensures follow-up and closure of non-conformances and the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions taken by the department. \xc3\x98 Initiate review of documented QHSE, coordinates changes to concern departments and processes changes in the QHSE documentation. \xc3\x98 Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
