URGENT Hiring! Project Coordinator for Interior Fit out who can join immediately with Valid Qatar ID, Qatar driving license. To coordinate projects and translate from design to execution.
To choose best suppliers to execute projects with good quality within the budget
To visit sites and make sure execution meet all design and clients requirements. Check technical drawings for accuracy and coordinate with technical designers to execute and update 2. Responsible for creating organizational documents for Material and Suppliers after visiting the market when needed. 3. Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures. 4. Meet with clients if needed to define and identify requirements of execution of the project. 5. Estimate project quantities and prepare BOQs 6. Prepare project execution quotations, contracts and cost sheets. 7. Contact suppliers to get fit out quotations with best prices and quality and prepare the contracts with subcontractors. 8. Visit sites to follow up on the quality of execution and to check if it meets the requirements of the design and client. 9. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise 10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports 11. Do other duties related to the position as assigned by direct manager. Education :
1- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
Experiences and Preferred Qualifications:
1 - Experience with interior designing for at least 5 years.
2- Proficiency in Adobe Suite programs as well as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office or similar software.
3- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
