For more information, visit Worley.com Primary objective Provide planning expertise and assist the project with their project planning activities Specific Accountabilities Supervise the planning function during design and/or construction stages of assigned project/projects. Prepare initial network of activities in simplified form for project programme. Maintain critical path diagrams and computer analysis of programme to ensure project target dates are met. Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review. Supervise and develop other planning and specialist support staff at home and/or field office locations. Establish and maintain activity level integration between Primavera and Project Management Reporting tool. Maintain the current and baseline schedule, analyze the effect of proposed changes and maintain the baseline change control authorization process. Monitor, update and analyse schedule, deliverables status, man-hour budget and expenditure. Interface with PMT stakeholders, including finance and accounting, to prepare written schedule and cost analysis and report on timely and accurate forecast of project cost & schedule on a monthly basis Coordinates interface between Project Controls and PMT stakeholders to develop, set up, monitor and control project schedules, costs & quantities. Ensure the application of skills and methods to execute the project on time, budget, and specification. Preparation and update of Project Controls sections of the PEP, including WBS, CBS, Risk management, contingency management, progress measurement & reporting, project reports, etc. Coordinates with PMT on Project, Schedules, Progress & Cost Review meetings on a weekly basis Interface with the PM and Finance to prepare monthly internal reports (PCS, FCS, MPRD). Prepares the MPR and assisting the PM in the development and delivery of written/oral presentations to the Client. Ensure the timely implementation of project procedures for Planning, Cost Control and Estimating in accordance with relevant WPMP / EMS procedures, systems and practices Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Oil & Gas Business Unit. Safety - Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Oil & Gas Business Unit. Understand and follow OH&S procedures. Industry Specific Experience: Minimum 18 years planning/cost control experience within the oil and gas industry, of which at least 8 years must be as a Project Controls Engineer for an offshore/onshore projects Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience and eight (8) years extensive experience in project planning and scheduling, TIC & services cost management, earned value & risk analysis, cash flows, invoice, performance measurement, and milestones & project auditing. Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: IT Skills: Must be proficient in Enterprise Primavera (P7, P6.2) Portfolio Management and Primavera Contract Management to advanced level, MS project, and Pertmaster 8 based risk analysis Certification in Enterprise Primavera Portfolio and Contract Management would be an asset

Able to work effectively in small to large multi-disciplinary teams and share and transfer knowledge within teams.
