We are looking for a highly skilled Plumbing Supervisor to lead and manage our plumbing team. The Plumbing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing systems (Water Supply System & Drainage System), a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues. Responsibilities include assigning tasks to plumbers, monitoring progress, conducting inspections, and providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality workmanship. The Plumbing Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed on job sites. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction, uphold company standards, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbing teams. Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Inspect plumbing installations and repairs for quality and compliance. Provide technical guidance and training to team members. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with project managers and other trades. Order and manage plumbing materials and inventory. Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumber or plumbing supervisor. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid plumbing license or certification (as required). Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
