- Working in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Prepares baseline programme for project
- Prepares detailed construction programme for projects, cost and resource loaded or as required
- Updates schedules for on-going projects. Prepares updated program and schedules for the projects including look-ahead schedules when required and ‘s’ curve cash flow programs
- Prepares Look-ahead schedules
- Recovers and maintains project schedules
- Prepares planning reports in accordance with Client’s requirement
- “S” Curves
- Cash flow diagrams
- Resource histograms – Manpower (Staff & Labor) & Equipment
- Key Performances Indices (KPI’s)
- Other Planning Reports, as required by Client
- Prepares delay analysis programs for extension of time claims
- Attends project coordination meetings with Client / Subcontractor
- Prepare program of work for tender submissions
- Perform other work-related duties as required to effectively fulfill the planning engineer duties
Profile
Experience in similar business Skills:
- Sufficient Computer skills and proper English reading & writing
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office application
