We acquired exclusive rights to the Tchibo franchise in the MENA region, selling the German brand's homeware and apparel at very competitive prices associated with premium customer care environment. Our UAE presence evolved into our central operational hub from where we distribute rapidly to other markets. BFL group is currently hiring Performance Marketing Executives (Arabic Speaking) with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness. Role Purpose The Performance Marketing executive is responsible of projects inclusive of online planning and insight, online promotions, content production such as videos, online display advertising, web building and design, and social media. Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan for & brandsforless mobile application.
  • Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage the platform's daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
  • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively.
  • Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive and have possessed an added value
  • Ensure a data-led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learning strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 years plus experiences in the MENA Region with a good understanding of Arab consumer behaviors.
  • Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data.
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • Goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
  • Experience in the Fashion eCommerce business is a plus.
