Job Description

The Operations Manager will execute a robust operations framework to ensure the delivery of a safe, reliable and convenient service at all touch points This function will oversee back office, accounting, risk and compliance functions and will assume the responsibility for policies and procedures formulation and deployment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company according to set standards and risk management

Main Accountabilities Duties

*Execute policies and procedures for management of the company’s operations and contribute to achieving set efficiency targets

*Ensure that the company activity is carried out with the utmost rigor and efficiency in risk management and in compliance with internal company rules and external Central Bank regulatory requirements?

*Assist in the onboarding (setup) of financial institutions using the relevant systems and procedures, and providing necessary information and orientation to financial institutions within this process

*Accompany expansion of the company’s operational scope to ensure efficient risk management, alert management and back office processes to ensure service availability

*Contribute to the development of the company’s operational policies and procedures to ensure business efficiency and effectiveness (Company Operational aspects)

*Efficiently coordinate with other departments to improve processes and policies and provide clear visibility on operational performance figures in order to inform Management of the company’s operational status, achievements and areas of improvement

*Coordinate with the Head of Operations to manage the company’s Budget

*Ensure efficient coordination with the company’s IT team to establish needed IT solutions and models of support

*Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner

*Support the company’s Head of Operations in the definition of the company’s functional KPIs and periodically follow up of the same

*Elaboration of status reports and alert generation to management teams, corrective actions proposition and follow up of the same

*Ensure that Operations Center is supported with functional connectivity, systems, and any other requirement needed to effectively monitor and service customers

*Use online and offline data and reports to monitor risk, fraud, AML, and compliance with internal and external rules and regulations

*Maintain utmost confidentiality related to the Company, banks, end users and agents
