Job Description

We are looking for an office secretary for our company. Our company is dealing with hotel items, we are supplying various hotel here in United Arab Emirates. Applicants that are willing to join can submit their resume and if you meet the requirements. . 1. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary 2. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments 3. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners 4. Develop and maintain a filing system Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant 2. Proficiency in MS Office 3.
