Job Purpose:
Support development and implementation of OE, OD, WoW and customer centric initiatives that increase the capability, understanding, effectiveness and efficiency of the Organization.
Job Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Contributes to the design and delivery of OE, OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support MAF's business vision and transformation activities.
2. Develops work plans and manage projects to meet agreed milestones with optimum quality, including project goals, approach, resources & responsibilities, interdependencies, timing and success measures, ensuring stakeholder management and support for interventions.
3. Support the development and implementation of functional OD and customer centric initiatives. Working closely with key business stakeholders to improve and refine operating models, design organizational structures and clarify roles and accountabilities. Integrate analytics and data insights in all projects.
4. Support in conducting operating models assessment and suitability versus business strategy and objectives. Support business in designing new operating models, and relevant organization structures.
5. Keep current on best practices and innovative programs to provide insights, making OE/OD/ WoW initiatives and projects more robust with data and benchmarks
6. Assess and deliver capability development initiatives to build the OD capability of key stakeholders to enable the effective implementation of org effectiveness, org review/design, and change management interventions.
7. keep abreast of WoW global trends and analyses needs for MAF. Support in the design and delivery of WoW interventions that support the improvement of MAF's environment and transformation activities.
8. Deploy agile and project management approach to key OD initiatives within HC and OpCos. Qualifications, Personal Characteristics and Required Background/Experience:
