We're enjoying unrivaled success as a formidable disruptor in the paid online search advertising industry. : AdMedia is currently searching for a high-energy and results-driven Media Buyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and has hands-on experience buying across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, etc... This is a full-time, remote position. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that AdMedia is providing excellent programmatic planning and buying across all DSPs to deliver the strongest brand and response metrics
  • Setup and daily management of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, primarily programmatic with social platforms as secondary
  • Ongoing, real-time bidding and optimization of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded
  • Provide media planning for upcoming campaigns, helping determine channels and platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement with data insights
  • Assist with internal and client-facing campaign reporting, as well as updating tracking documents regularly
  • Analyze campaign data through extensive data digging and develop specific recommendations to grow clients' profits
  • Create performance and status reports in accordance with AdMedia's standards for quality and accuracy
  • Provide ongoing and outstanding support to the Account Management team
  • Maintain up to date certifications from ad serving platforms.
  • Cultivate positive business relationships with clients/agencies, sales, and other internal teams.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of AdMedia's digital products, industry issues, trends and ad serving solutions
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Analytics, Business Admin, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in day-to-day programmatic campaign planning, buying and management, working across multiple DSPs (Trade Desk experience is a plus!)
  • Proven ability to drive programmatic performance
  • Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments
  • Experience entering data into software programs and performing tasks which require accuracy, efficiency, and technical skill
  • Quick learner, analytical thinker and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical skills under tight deadlines
  • Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Speak and write in an eloquent and clear manner via email, phone, online platforms
