Our client is a multi-award-winning Emirati brand that specializes in beauty and wellbeing. We are looking for a Marketing Director \xef\xbb\xbfto join their team. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Director of Marketing is responsible for all marketing initiatives addressed to expand the Companys market share locally and internationally in support of the organization\'s business goals. The DMKT is responsible for the overall brand management and corporate identity across the organization inclusive but not limited to collaterals, support material, PR and advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, website, and social media. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Corporate identity
  • Update and maintain the branch branding and graphics for current branches
  • Validate the branch branding and graphics for new branches
  • Increase market visibility and company brand awareness through ongoing promotions & activities to stimulate sales & measure ROI
  • Manage the PR, digital & social media strategy for the company & review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of development in digital marketing.
  • Review and validate all the collaterals and support material
  • Perform weekly random checks in the branches and report discrepancies
Corporate communication
  • Design and implement an annual marketing plan
  • Create and communicate the monthly newsletter
  • Maintain the corporate website
  • Daily update and monitor of corporate social media
  • Coordinate the corporate PR (marketing campaign, press release, advertising and sponsorships
  • Sourcing
  • Effective internal communication action plan
  • Maintain records of the documentation produced
  • Analyze results
  • Submit conclusion to GM
Partnerships
  • Identify suitable partnership for corporate discount
  • Sourcing (networking, events participation, websites request)

Local, International & Franchise Expansion
  • Support with marketing initiatives the local and international expansion plan of owned and franchised beauty lounges.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Business Development Manager the preopening process to ensure the set up & launch of the branches is carried out in timely and cost-effective manner
  • Ensure consistency of the brand image standards before and after the opened.
Products and Innovations
  • Start trends and identify new opportunities in the market
  • Accomplish with the process flow of each new service or product launch
  • Ensure service menu and retail selection in the branches is demandable through periodically review of guest feedback and focus groups
Competition watch
  • Work closely with Product Heads to identify and analyze competitors trends
  • Conducted an annual SWOT analysis
  • Create reports regarding marketing ROI & achievements to be submitted to management.
  • Develop and lead appropriate marketing tools and products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, satisfaction survey to monitor customers satisfaction
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Education
  • MBA from a recognized university/college
  • Minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing
Skills

  • - Strong creative outlook
  • - Very strong written communication skills both Arabic and English
  • - Excellent communication and people skills, including good listening skills
  • - Outstanding interpersonal relationship building

  • - Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and Power Point. Plus, Adobe Photoshop

  • - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
Experience
  • - A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in the Marketing field, preferable in the beauty industry or retails.
