Hours 8/Week JOB PURPOSE
The business development manager need to plan and oversee the new marketing initiative, have to plan and develop marketing strategy for the company elements like brand activation, digital marketing etc. The business development manager needs to work with the clients, to retain the business and bring more scope of working with referral ideology. The BDM has to oversee the budgets and make marketing ROI. JOB ROLE :
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. REQUIREMENTS:
Collaborate with Creative, Production and Post-Production Team to develop and execute creative
Create detailed proposals and estimates for projects
Networking and Lead Source Generation at onsite and offsite events
Generate Leads and Opportunities through outbound, strategic phone and internet prospecting
Professional persistence and the ability to close business
Achieving monthly Quota of Qualified Opportunities
A track record of reaching goals and driving significant revenue in previous positions
The ability to switch gears quickly as the prospecting conversation warrants
Knowledgeably present our services and products to potential customers using provided collateral and tools
Present creative ideas to prospects and clients
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Manage contacts, prospects, and deals in CRM software
Manage projects using Project Management Software

Problem solving skills QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant marketing or media agency experience (video, film, TV), have knowledge of trends in marketing for film industry
At least 2 years of B-to-B sales experience and must work well in a fast-paced creative team environment
Knowledge of digital media landscape, challenges in the marketplace and understanding of the competition
Specific knowledge around production, social media and branded content
Ability to interpret industry trends in the film industry marketing, and successfully tailor media offerings to provide solutions and maximum revenue generation for clients

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate in commerce stream. Preferred MBA degree holder. Job Type: Full-time
