Our company is urgently looking for an Arabic speaking Male Concierge who can join our team immediately. Responsibilities:

Meet and greet residents and visitor to the the property
Ensuring that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
Deal effectively with complaints, take the correct action and remain courteous at all times.
Providing services to the community residents and visitors, Hailing taxi services , information on places to dine, home deliveries, house keeping services , shopping malls etc.
Provide Direction to offices or Shops as required
Manage parking requests
Taking request for handyman services or repair works and reporting to building manager
Presenting the properties to potential tenants
Attending to the complaints and requests of the tenants
Provide help in move in and move out of customers
Log entry of guest or other service providers
Assist residents with luggage/shopping to and from their apartment.
Check and screen all visitors and guest and any contractor staff, ensuring that they have permission to be present in the building.

Qualifications:

Location: Ras Al Khaimah Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
