Handling inquiries/following up with overseas agents/Sending booking confirmation to agents and following up for cargo readiness, collection, pre-alert, etc.
Responding to Air Freight Export, Import to UAE & Cross Trade, Clearance, and delivery in UAE / overseas and Courier inquiries for overseas/local customers.
Cataloggi/ Dubai trade
Coordinating with customers for clearance documents and delivery schedule.
Coordinating with transportation team with clear Instruction for the delivery of shipment subject to date & time as per information from customer
Follow-up with customers through calls/emails for business.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
