Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems. . Has a good understanding of onshore & offshore engineering practices. . Experience in brown fields & asset services type project / contracts. . Develop processes and procedures that enhance or assure quality and align with the business strategy and project objectives. . Accountable for Quality Management Plan implementation. . Support QA Lead and team to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system. Project Deliverables . Responsible for implementation and reporting of, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System. . Responsible for Quality Management System compliance and system improvement activities. . Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes. Accountable for the overall performance of the audit program. . Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.Support departmental and project specific risk management through identification of risks, implementation of mitigation plans. . Support implementation 'fit for purpose' PCAP development on individual projects. . Accountable for Project KPI, leading and lagging indicator identification, relevant to the portfolio as well as individual projects. . Conducts Pre-Inspection Meetings and represent Quality for Kick off Meetings and Project Coordination meetings. . Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system such as fishbone, Root cause analysis, Five Why, etc. . Ensure that review of documents are complete and in compliance with the contract documents. Site Support . Responsible for advising, guiding and motivating site line management on all QA and QC activities and related technical matters. . Responsible for relevant QA training for all site personnel as per Quality Plan Procedures. Worley, Vision, Purpose & Values . Understands and communicates Worley's Vision, Purpose & Values and translates the strategy into practical goals and objectives for self and team members Quality Assurance . Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems. Safety . Responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures . Effective technical and practical engineering skills, and able to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its clients. . Sound technical knowledge in materials, welding, coating/painting, NDE inspection and general construction activities. . A thorough knowledge of the regulations, codes and standards (American, British and other International Codes, Standards and Specifications). . Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to HSE management and its associated requirements in a project environment

Industry Specific Experience: . Minimum of 12-year experience in QA/QC of projects in new construction and /or operating plants. . Personnel shall have the specified minimum project experience in process plants, mainly Oil & Gas or petrochemicals, and shall be knowledgeable of the applicable Engineering codes and standards. . Experience with interfacing with other disciplines, i.e. electrical, process, rotating mechanical, civil, static mechanical and technical. Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

. Full-Time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil or relevant Engineering from an accredited university . MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period. . Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage . Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor (IRCA or equivalent)
