It Support/video Editor
Job Description
Our established Real Estate company is looking for an IT Specialist / Video Editor. What You'll Do: Assisting with technical support on necessary operations within A1 Properties. Handle on/off-site computer hardware and network problem at any point in time. Assemble and reassemble IT hardware. Overall end-user IT support on a day-to-day basis. Ensuring all processes are being followed daily. Troubleshooting system issues and escalating them to support teams if needed. Making and editing videos for our social media channels. Should have experience in making videos with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Filmora, Camtasia What Are We Looking For? Minimum of 2+ years experience within the Real estate and IT industry Preferably from the Philippines BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to utilize data to establish trigger point priorities and develop a tactic to deploy them Advanced knowledge of Windows products Advanced knowledge of solving problems with laptops/desktops Well organized and self-motivated Experience working in a fast-paced environment Proven experience as an IT specialist Fluent in English Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Education:
