* Role Description: To generate new business through targeted outbound campaigns utilizing the install base and/or maximize services revenue by establishing, building and nurturing relationships with an assigned portfolio of Proximity Accounts In addition to these activities, he/she may be responsible for managing, by delegation from Outside Service Sales, some tasks related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts * Essential Responsibilities:
Manage Services leads
Take inbound calls and e mails to support existing customer base Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to follow up customer requests and Field Service Representative (FSR) Leads Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customers Develop new points of contact and potential account identified from marcom activities & campaigns, Field Service Representative (FSR) leads and Customer Care Center (CCC)/other leads Develop cross selling and upselling opportunities React quickly to on demand requests from customers Analyze, qualify and proactively progress opportunities in bFO Quote and close deals for standart Services offers (spare parts, renewal contracts) Maintain the Installed Base data for customers Document all records of customer interaction and activity in bFO Answers customer questions and educates customers on all SE services Manage assigned accounts
Develop customer account plans to maximize business growth through assigned accounts Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts Proactively contact customer s and educate them on the complete Service offers Report on order intake of assigned accounts Maintain the Installed Base data for customers Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts Secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer Present Services solutions & offers through digital platforms & webinars
Qualifications
Qaulaifications: Education: Bachelor /Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Experience: 2 years IS/ Field Service Representative/Customer CareSoft skills: sales oriented/ results oriented/ daring/ passionate/ team player/ organized/ resilient/ voice clear & understandable/ engaging & enthusiastic Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), BFO. Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services.Familiarity with phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media Verbal and written communication skills Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships. Successfully complete assigned training paths and successfully engage in technical sales conversations.
