Role Purpose:
The Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation of all New products from CPU into Carrefour stores . The role will also be responsible for being in charge of Sales Representative and Visual Merchandising team. The role is accountable for developing implementation procedures/objectives/requirements, making sure that CPU standards are implemented and maintained in stores.
Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
New Product Implementation
Manage the Briefs for any new product line
Participate in NPD process by working with Marketing Team closely on Market research
Particpate in NPD process by working with Sourcing team on packaging
Communicatiate with UAE merchandising team on: New Item Creation, Details, Merchandising planogram, Ordering, identifying Benchmarks
Communicate with Store Managers about ordering/product/display issues
Overview Sales and Waste reports from stores on daily/weekly schedule
Work closely with Merchandising team on finding and implementing the best solutions for serving food and controlling waste
Organize Photo-shoots for all new product lines
Create Blue Book and distributing the same to all store managers
Collaborate with On-line team for publishing all CPU products on Carrefour website and InstaShop
Overview the performance of visual Merchandiser and Sales Representative team
Deliver training about all CPU products and procedures to Sales Representative team and Visual merchandizer
Human Capital Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management
Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles
Provide inputs on training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirements
Develop and implement on the job-training for the team
Provide inputs for the development of annual manpower plan
Ensure the implementation of MAF Retail's corporate policies and relevant procedures
Definition of Success
Effective implementation of new products
Customers (Numbers: LTV, Acquisition cost, Engagement, Number of visits, retention, Satisfaction:NPS)
Market (total market size, share, treats/opportunities, successful launches of strategic projects and city hubs)

Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications/Education
Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Minimum experience
5+ years in a management position
Proven experience in working within a fast paced environment, start-up style environment
Passion for the food industry
Skills
Strong communication skills
Working with multiple stakeholders within different departments
Networking - ability to connect with stakeholders informally and interest and willingness to seek out information about the industry through meetups
