Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, you will be in charge of supporting all businesses (Retail, Distribution and Logistics, B2B, Wholesale, etc.). You will also animate the HR process and implement development projects. Position based in Dubai. Required Native Arabic Speaker Your main responsibilities are : Development of Business: - Responsible for the development and implementation of human resources and OD strategies that support the success of the fast development of the business. Apply HR expertise to develop unique solutions for a growing business population in a very competitive market. Partner with business leaders to align priorities and goals with the right talent and resources for the future, taking in to consideration operational effectiveness, performance management and employee engagement. Support the teams and the managers on all HR generalist topics. Ensure and manage the development of the teams through different HR process: -recruitment, induction, trainings, employee engagement etc. Act as coach/consultant to senior leaders of each activity on HR related issues as well as serve as employee advocate and change agent. Ensure all HR Administration for your population is perfectly maintain (offers, contracts, documents, renewals etc.) HR Development and projects: - Animate and follow-up the major HR processes for company manpower (budget headcounts and staff cost, Annual Appraisal, Salary plan, Talent Review) Partner with managers on the talent agenda - focus on critical skills and roles needed for the future, identification of top talent, development opportunities and succession plans Develop robust talent pipeline and strategies to attract, develop and retain key talent in a very competitive market Manage the annual salary surveys, follow-up on our local HR KPIs and local salary benchmark to drive the successful business activities. Ensure the implementation of our local Development offer for level of employees of the company. Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues Prepare Budget of human resource operations Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, exit interviews to determine reason behind separation. Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover with top level management. Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services such as temporary employees search firms or relocation services as and when required. Work experience/leadership experience: - 10-15 years of managerial experience (Min 3-5 years in UAE, preferably with a multinational company). Person Handled similar role on senior executive and assistant manager role can also be preferred with great learning experience. Broad range of human resources experience in various HR areas ideally combined with good product knowledge and affinity. Human Resources Management, review, assess and implement fit for purpose HR processes and procedures, enabling profitability, promoting process improvement, building relationships, organizational astuteness, people skills and retaining employees.
