MAKE UP FOR EVER MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA is looking for a Graphic Designer Executive. The Graphic Designer Executive will implement visual guidelines across the GCC market. Will be responsible of maintaining the visual brand identity of Make Up For Ever by updating monthly merchandising launch assets both offline (in stores) & online (7 e-commerce accounts). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandising
Implementing offline visual guidelines for UAE, KSA, KUWAIT, QATAR, BAHRAIN, JORDAN & EGYPT in boutiques & other retailers stores
Resizing launch visuals & merchandising assets & sharing with the markets, overviewing status up until installation
Updating strips with prices in English & Arabic on launch basis
Creating required visuals assets based on HQ guidelines & sharing with suppliers for new boutique openings & yearly regional pop-ups
Sharing assets & following up with suppliers on maintenance changes requested in UAE for boutiques & other retailers (visuals, grids, strips…)
Creating yearly marketing kits, from design development to execution, following up with suppliers on sampling & production
Creating collateral material for boutiques, masterclasses & events
Creating local influencer marketing kits from design development to execution, following up with suppliers on sampling & production
Raising POs for all non-permanent assets including, grids local production, maintenance, visual changes, strips etc. & monitor cost.
Support Merchandising team on all required visual assets
E-Merchandising
Implementing digital visual guidelines for 7 e-commerce accounts in English & Arabic
Creating assets as per guidelines of each e-commerce account including: rich media, PDP listings, PLP & other
Monitor pages across all websites, ensuring that all products & banners are displayed as per brand guidelines
Local content creation of creative banners when needed
Digital assets development
Ensuring timely execution of all online activations & regional campaigns and new product launches digital assets
Supporting the digital team in all social assets (developing stories & posts as per HQ guidelines)
Creating CRM emailers (newsletters) on weekly basis for the monthly launches based on HQ guidelines
Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or e-merchandising in retail or e-com.
Must read & write Arabic
Expert in Adobe Softwares Illustrator & Photoshop and Indesign
Proven working experience in merchandising & e-merchandising
High listening skills & ability to work with different departments
Creative with a strong eye to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manage tasks by priorities
An understanding of e-Commerce UX & content development
