Job Title Assistant Government Services Business Corporate Job Purpose To effectively assist in managing the activities related to issue and renewals of Trade Licenses across the Business Segments and Corporate departments in ENOC Group. Coordinating between Government departments and other Statutory Authorities across the U. A. E. while delivering on all processes relating to Trade Licenses issuance and renewal Principal Accountabilities 1)Coordinate between the Government departments and other statutory authorities across the U. A. E. 2)Ensures issues of Trade Licenses and renewals for all companies and subsidiaries from the Government departments of Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi Fujairah and other emirates as well as other statutory authorities such as but not limited to JAFZA, Trakhees and DP World. 3)Ensures all documentation required for Trade Licenses is maintained in a systematic manner 4)Leads the development, implementation, assessment & improvement of business processes with respect to Trade License delivery. 5)Ensure timely issuance and renewal of Trade Licenses to avoid penalties. 6)Keeps abreast of new laws, statutes and Government decrees as may be relevant to the business of the organization, 7)Ensure activities including records and documentation are carried out and maintained in an efficient manner. 8)Keeps up to date information on the fee structure of various government departments and other related organizations. 9)Provides update on statutes related to Trade Licenses Additional Principal Accountabilities Experience Certificate or/any equivalent to Diploma with 5 years of experience in the same field Thorough understanding of UAE Laws is essential Excellent knowledge of policies and procedures laid down by government departments and other related organizations Excellent communications skills in Arabic and good knowledge of English language.
