Role description

This role supports the E2E DCR (End to End Digital Customer Relationship) Analytics Delivery Director in driving the agenda for Data & Analytics. This includes, but is not limited to, strategic program execution, driving activities of project management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, process improvement and change management (including upskilling) across Global Sales & Marketing domains and business units.

You will be responsible for laying out the vision and strategy for our analytics use case squads, owning and refining the analytics products roadmap and leading the teams to build the use cases that delivery commercial value for the business and best in class experience for users.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with all delivery teams working with the DCR data office, especially our AI, data engineering, digital and governance teams, to deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly, analytics use cases that makes lives easier for users, and in consequence result in operational efficiencies and incremental revenue.

The successful candidate will have an exceptional track record of working within businesses to tackle large-scale analytics problems, across multiple domains and functions. You must have commercial acumen, ability to understand business problems, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong background in a quantitative field (data science, mathematics or statistics preferred).

You must be able to articulate a product vision and be capable of blending the needs from different technical and business groups into a well-formed development and adoption road map.

Furthermore, you will have a demonstrable track record of successfully building and managing scaled, high-quality, innovative analytics solutions for internal or external organizations with high adoption rates. You must be a self-motivated, team player who can contribute to the overall business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• In partnership with the broader leadership team, technical and core business users, prioritize and lead analytics use cases development against priorities.
• Act as a translator between AI and BI development teams, other tech teams and business users to increase usability and adoption of the analytics use cases.
• Define, communicate, and analyse success metrics for each analytics use case.
• Propose multiple potential solutions for complex problems or processes and make objective recommendations on which direction should be taken.
• Provide transparency and recommendations on project trade-offs and provide dependency coordination.
• Continually assess user feedback and business metrics to improve development roadmap.
• Stay on top of market trends to determine new or enhanced capabilities that positively impact user experience and commercial impact of analytics use cases.

Technical Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an analytics product manager or implementation consultant.
• Strong academic background in a quantitative field (preferably Mathematics or Data Science).
• Experience taking input from multiple sources and creating a shared product vision.
• Demonstrable ability and experience to align product UX with user needs to increase adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of projects requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical, problem solving, and solution design.
• Fluent understanding of the data and technical architecture of complex analytics products.
