Today, one of the most successful domestic restaurant holdings includes more than two dozen projects. Our client is seeking to hire a Finance Manager to join their office in Dubai, UAE. Main functionality: Control of the investment budget Formation of payments in the bank-client of the Dubai Bank Tracking debts under contracts Interaction with banks and contractors in Dubai. Formation of a plan-fact of the investment budget Formation of a plan-fact of the operating budget

• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
• Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.

Mandatory requirements: Spoken English (Arabic is welcome) Confident user 1s / IIKO Experienced Excel user Mandatory experience in budgeting and management reports Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
