Our Field Services team works onsite with our customers to support the on-site application and planning of our industry-leading products.

Partner with the best As a Field Specialist, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. You will carry out routine services related to water and process chemical treatment programs. You will continually develop your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for: · Operating chemical treatment programs in line with operating guidelines to extend the run lengths of critical customer equipment · Providing water and chemical treatment services including; safe chemical handling, sampling, testing, reporting, and troubleshooting · Collaborating with internal Technical Experts provide support to customers, maintain all KPI's and fulfill customer requirements · Following and recording customer and internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Have a minimum 8 years of experience working in a similar role in the water chemical treatment industry

Have good experience in water treatment of steel industry

Have advanced leadership skills to lead the field services team.

Be able to show a good working knowledge of Microsoft office

Be a team player with the ability to work independently

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers

Be fluent in oral and written English
