: Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of facilities staff including cleaners, technicians, and security personnel.
Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are operational and maintained per manufacturer and regulatory standards.
Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
Respond promptly to facility issues or emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
Manage third-party service providers and contractors.
Monitor and control budgets related to maintenance and facilities operations.
Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality, etc.).
Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repair works.
Support sustainability initiatives and efficient energy usage practices.
Assist in planning for space allocation, renovations, or upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or building maintenance in the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE regulations regarding health and safety, fire safety, and environmental controls.
Experience in managing technical teams and external contractors.
Familiarity with CAFM systems is an advantage.
