Job Description

Main Duties: . Manage Chief's daily appointments, meetings, and conferences. . Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents in a confidential manner. . Prepare all correspondence and documentation for Chief's signature. . Delegate and follow up activities to ensure matters not needing Chief's attention are addressed. . Monitor and organize stationery for the Chief's office. . Make travel arrangements and reservations . Answer customer queries and complaints. . Monitor and organize conference rooms schedule. . Act as a Coordinator for the Division. Experience: . Minimum 5 to 7 years of secretarial experience or equivalent office work/office management experience. . Good command of English and Arabic Languages and ability to undertake self-correspondence. . Knowledge in HR and must be computer literate. Please send your resume/CV
