5 years experience in Fit-out / Construction field is prefer. Bachelors Degree or equivalent in respective field.
Providing executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments and ensuring MD is well-prepared for meetings. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. Dealing with incoming email.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Making Inter-Office memos and correspondence and making travel arrangements on official visits.
Manage and monitor office stationary and supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies with cost effective methods. Manage and monitor all travel / hotel requests.
Providing administrative and services support to departments and individuals in order for tasks and requirements to be completed in a timely manner. Coordinate corporate conferences / meetings and luncheons and preparation and timely dissemination of reports and slide presentations for Board and Management Meeting.
Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate.
