Job Description

Role summary Responsible for the timely and proactive delivery of key executive support and coordination services for the Founder and the company. Primary duties and responsibilities Maintain a schedule of business (including travel) and ensure that any information briefs are received in a timely manner prior to meetings, events, and trips. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings for client-related as required, ensuring prompt correspondence post-meeting to all relevant parties, and follow-up on all agreed next steps, as stipulated in the minutes of meetings, to ensure timely actioning of all post-meeting matters. Handle emails and respond to correspondence related to clients and administration on behalf of the Founder (especially during the Founder's travel) with utmost professionalism, timeliness, and discretion. Prepare and edit documents on PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and / or Mail, including correspondences, letters, reports, memos, research briefs, and other material. Oversee the logistics and any support services with third party providers for company and events Maintain a hospitable and hygienic work environment, including coordinating the cleaning schedule in the office, monitoring and purchasing office supplies, coordinating any servicing and maintenance work, and serving as the point of contact for tenants on any office-related matters. Qualifications required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic Hold a B.A. with Min. 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Demonstrate strong organization qualities with ability to handle variety of simultaneous activities with strong attention to detail and accuracy Good acumen for problem solving, especially in urgent situations Conduct all efforts with socially-intelligent communication qualities, demonstrated by strong social etiquette, strong social acumen, and emotional intelligence Proactive, independent, and dependable, serving as a consistent initiative-taker who can work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit Active listener and agile in taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities Computer literacy with a strong command of PowerPoint and Excel is a plus Job Type: Full-time Experience:
