- Review Landscape Design and Development, prepare landscape package from concept design to detail design packages.
- Work as a Site Consultant for Landscape Works.
- Oversee the function of the site technical team, review technical documents, like BOQ, specification and shop drawings as per IFC design package issued by the landscape consultant before implementation.
- Perform site inspection to check against approved shop drawings.
- Review, comment and approves submissions, eensuring all works are according to approved specifications and quality.
- Coordinates with different engineering disciplines to ensure all design parameters are met
Profile
- Minimum of 8 years’ of relevant experience;
- Architectural degree is a must
- Experience with Design and supervision consultancy is mandatory
- Knowledgeable of current landscape practices and how to best implement it on the project
