Main Accountabilities + Assist HRBP in handling day to day HR operations + Assist HRBP in implementing the wellbeing agenda, initiatives and activations + Assist HRBP in driving a fair recognition culture, based on respect and integrity Assist HRBP in delivering green overheads and WPF target + Assist HRBP in NA&LI Employer branding initiatives through monitoring University of choice campus activities, driving employer of choice, etc..) + Liaise with relevant stakeholders including recruitment team in planning and implementing student activities/engagements Regularly review Campus timelines and propose changes to ensure that the brand remains competitive in the marketplace as well as maintains required + Assist in driving the ED&I Agenda for NA&LI Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
