Job Description

This role holds the responsibility to establish & build direct sales and benchmark the competitors, build the MTP & BP for new sales channels. Enhance Nissan presence in fleet business.
MTP & BP preparation
Prepare sales forecast with sales GM and coordinate car flow with planning team
Involved in the preparation of mid-term and short-term business plan and strategy (Monthly - MTP) aligned with the company direction considering dealers voice
Sales Process Enhancement
Dealer Performance management & Governance
Set & follow up KPI's with the team
Review the Nissan Intelligent choice (Certified Pre-Owned) performance and opportunities of the used car business
Review Fleet Sales performance and opportunities
Forecast month fleet landing on a weekly/monthly basis
Relevant Background and Experience:
9-10 years of experience (minimum 2 years in sales role in the Automotive industry)
General automotive market knowledge
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor degree in Business administration, Commerce or relevant
Fluency in English & Arabic languages
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong in reporting
Negotiation skills
Business relationship management skills
Time management skills
